White House "Employs" NEA Recipients to Revive Failing Agenda

The White House is pulling out all the stops to try and drum up support for its quickly fading health care agenda. However, their latest efforts appear to be a monumental abuse of power that includes the use of the NEA to campaign for the support of Obamacare.

The Big Hollywood blog has broken a story regarding a conference call with the Deputy Director of the White House and a group of handpicked, pro-Obama artists who also happen to be NEA grant recipients. During the conference call, the artists were asked to create art based on specific political issues.

Here is a list of, um, "requests":

“I would encourage you to pick something, whether it’s health care, education, the environment, you know, there’s four key areas that the corporation has identified as the areas of service.”
“And then my ask would be to apply artistic, you know, your artistic creative communities utilities and bring them to the table.”
“Again, I’m really, really honored to be working with you; the National Endowment for the Arts is really honored.”
“You’re going to see a lot more of us in the next four and hopefully eight years.”

Is the Obama administration using Federal dollars, through the NEA, to push his political agenda? Check out the audio files and judge for yourself. This one really stinks.

Glenn Beck covered this shocking story

Glenn Beck had the gentleman on his show who taped this NEA conference call asking members support the President's political agenda. We have a few individuals out there willing to stand up and tell the real story about this administration. The young man and woman who exposed ACORN did what the MSM has failed to do. If you and I do not hold this administration to task who will?

Dems out in 2010

This guy, oops, this President will continue to abuse his power and "get away with it" as long as the People allow it to happen. Y'all might not recall but, Hillary Clinton has used those very words over and over and over again: "Your going to be seeing a lot more of us". And, I remember when Paula Zahn went to CNN, she got an interview with Hillary Clinton, and Hillary Clinton said "Welcome! I'm so glad you joined US." US, being CNN, being the Democrats left wing liberals. The Dems talk in code, but their end product is always the same: stick it to the working class and stick it to the public and stick it to the legitimate citizens. These liberals must all be stopped.

Media control

Yet, those of us who were made extremely uneasy by the Mr. Obama's hijacking of the public school system were just paranoid - right? Add to this recent articles about a bailout of the newspaper industry and what do we have? An administration that is attempting to manipulate every aspect of our lives and the media which provides the majority of the information by which we make our decisions.

This is the first place I have seen this. Thanks.
