Not to mention the smoking ban for every establishment that is not owned by the tribes.
When will Liberals learn that the market is a much better determination for such things. There were quite a few savy club/bar owners that had already adopted smoke free policies and where pulling in business in that niche. The ban was nothing more than another thank you to the tribes for their unwavering contributions...you know the green ones with presidents pictures on them.
