4-6 Air Cavalry Home in September

Thumbnail image for 4-6 Cavalry.jpgThe 4-6 Air Cavalry Squadron from Fort Lewis was deployed in June of 2007 and will be returning home in September. The 4-6 Air Cavalry plays a crucial role in the theatre of battle by providing air support for our ground infantry. A "Welcome Home Ball" is being planned to recognize these brave soldiers and honor those who lost their lives advancing the cause of freedom. The unit consists of roughly 450 soldiers and funds are currently being raised for the event.
