Republicans Go Down In Flames!
By Bob Clark | 11/05/09
Is This The End of the Washington State GOP? A wave of dread and doom descended on Washington State Republicans as election results in this off year election were finally counted. The general election result that shattered any hope of Republican resurgence in the state was the King County Executive’s race. Councilman Dow Constantine smashed blue dog, moderate Democrat Susan Hutchinson in that election contest. Republicans... read more »

Norm Dicks Targeted, Criminal Investigation?
By Bob Clark | 10/31/09
Major Congressional Scandal, Graft and Corruption! When a junior Ethics Committee staffer saved a copy of a secret US House of Representatives Investigations Report on his home computer; he forgot that he had ‘information sharing software’ on that PC. As a result an enterprising reporter for the Washington Post got hold of a copy and since then there has been a nuclear explosion of embarrassment up on Capitol... read more »

Boeing, Going, Gone!
By Bob Clark | 10/29/09
Boeing Says Adiós, Amigos In a move that I announced some time ago in one of my earlier blogs, Boeing confirmed Wednesday that it will be moving its second 787 manufacturing complex to Charleston, SC. This comes on the heels of what could be a continuation of the economic disaster that has hit Snohomish County. I learned Monday that more than an unexpected 530,000 NEW jobless claims were filed nationally. I also learned... read more »

Information roundup of local and state impact! Newspapers around the nation are facing grim economics. The Washington Post was hit hard with circulation declines which included its Everett Herald, but it was the USA Today that was knocked into near bankruptcy. Expect MAJOR cuts in employment at all of these newspapers. By the way the Seattle Times Sunday edition went into the tank with a 6% reduction in subscribers, that’s... read more »

By Bob Clark | 10/18/09
Aaron Continues His Non Stop Self Promotion! Community leaders all over Snohomish County were astounded again this last week when Aaron Reardon continued his quest for the gubernatorial nomination while a record 67,000 SNO County residents are out of work and more than 6,000 families wait for their homes to be foreclosed! Ridiculous item number one: “County gathers medical community to transform health care” was the bogus theme for... read more »

By Bob Clark | 10/13/09
Huge Jump in Snohomish County Unemployment! Snohomish County employment took a dive in September and went from 9.4 to 10.1% unemployed for the biggest jump in one month since the great depression. Along with that and in a stunning report today, Washington State now has some 331,000 unemployed collecting unemployment insurance that’s what they call the ‘seasonably adjusted’ U3 number. The U6 number is now up to 580,000 and... read more »

6,000 Home Foreclosures Before Xmas!
By Bob Clark | 10/09/09
All time record foreclosures in Snohomish County! While Barrack Obama gets ready to fly back to Europe, this time to collect his 10 Million Swedish Crowns for winning the Nobel Peace Prize, and our Governor Christine Gregoire continues her crusade to promote Al Gore’s Cap and Trade/global warming swindle; our own Aaron Reardon is preparing for his ridiculous conference on October 13 to explain “how health care is being transformed... read more »

Evergreen State Fair Was A Major Flop!
By Bob Clark | 10/06/09
Why? This investigative blogger wanted to find out. This whole issue began with one of the most idiotic stories I have ever seen from the awful Everett Herald (widely regarded as one of the worst newspapers in the state). Ron Latimore of Snohomish was trying to be nice when he wrote this letter to the “Bailed out, out of town owned, Washington Post’s” Everett Herald. I have heard so many complaints about Aaron Reardon... read more »

Climate Change Fight in Washington’s GOP?
By Bob Clark | 09/28/09
Conservative Revolt Over Cap and Trade! Are the current fund raising problems of the Washington State Republican Party and GOP candidates in general related to a refusal to denounce the climate change/global warming bunko scheme at the state level? It has even been suggested that the Washington Mainstream (Left of Center or RINO) Republicans have taken over this issue at the Washington State Republican Party much to the dismay of conservatives... read more »
