Santa Ana man stabbed after he yells at taggers to stop

The Orange County Register has a story today about a 38 year old man, who upon seeing a group of taggers destroying someone elses property, yelled at them to stop. But of course, the street terrorist, who cost Santa Ana taxpayers and business owners more than $ 2 Million a year, proceeded to vandalize the property, then followed the man and stab him. Revenue forecasts way off across the country

During the last full fiscal year, revenues fell below the projections used to craft budgets in at least 38 states, were roughly on target in 10 states and ahead in just two.
