Mean while Rus Thompson along with Mike Powers from Phillips Lytle Lawfirm file a lawsuit against the Senate, secretary of the senate and the NY State comptroller to stop the senators from getting paid while they do nothing but have hissy fits, act like spoiled children and fight to get power.
