BIOGRAPHY
Gary is Director of Sales for a leading developer of e-Learning based business solutions, headquartered in Portland, OR. His formal education was completed at Indiana State University. Although Gary is a native Hoosier, he lived in Orange County, CA, from 1978 to 2005 and he considers that area to be "back home". Now a resident of Vancouver, WA, Gary has found the move from the political environment of Orange County (the nation's Reddest County) to the very Blue political environment of the Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA area, to be quite challenging. However, he remains determined that Conservative views are heard, regardless of his circumstances.

There You Go Again!
By Gary Wiram | 10/14/08
Scenario: The President has lost the people's confidence. In fact, some think he's betrayed them. The country is coming out of a controversial war that seemed like the right thing to do at the time but it hasn't always gone well, its divided the nation and its heavily burdened the economy. Energy prices are skyrocketing and there is a lot of distress over our nation's dependence on foreign oil. There is a great deal of uncertainty about the... read more »

Who Are These Bozos?!
By Gary Wiram | 09/29/08
The current debacle our nation's financial system is going through is outrageous and unacceptable. I don't care if you're a "Red" person or you're a "Blue" person, its time for every American to stand up to the "Captains of Industry" and every Buffoon inside the Beltway, pretending to be our Representatives and speak to them those famous words of "The Donald" ... YOU'RE FIRED!Across the nation we continue to see disgraceful instances of CEO's... read more »

Chicken Little for President?!
By Gary Wiram | 09/25/08
Am I the only American who actually appreciates John McCain's unwavering stance, that our nation's economy is "fundamentally sound" and saying so in the face of what some are calling an "economic Pearl Harbor"? Who wants to hear "The sky is falling, the sky is falling!" on an issue that's this unsettling from some wannabe "Leader"?! No matter how others mischaracterize it, the courage to stand up and "say this is deadly-serious but we have what... read more »

The President Bush/Senator Daschle Hug - 7 Years Later
By Gary Wiram | 09/11/08
SEPTEMBER 11, 2001. A day of great loss for our nation. But, at the time, out of that loss, there was the prospect of great gain. For me, that was symbolized by seeing President Bush and Senator Daschle hug, as the President arrived to address a joint session of Congress, shortly after the 9/11 tragedy. Sadly, our nation has let that prospective gain slip through our fingers.Like most Americans who remember 9/11, there are specifics that stand... read more »

Is Our Choice Bush-McCain or Obama/Biden-Reid/Pelosi?
By Gary Wiram | 09/10/08
"Bush-McCain!" ... the Democrat's one consistent mantra, since John McCain became the Republican's apparent nominee for the 2008 presidential race. Although McCain is obviously his own man and his presidency would be significantly different from that of President Bush, you can understand why they want McCain to be saddled with Bush's unpopularity ... currently ranging from 25% to 33%. Since, according to the National Journal, Barack Obama (D)... read more »
