Recently Secretary of Defense Robert Gates asserted that the Afghanistan strategy unveiled March 2009 was the first real strategy in the last eight years. Constitutionality of New FTC Blogger Rules Questioned

Are the new Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) blogger rules just another White House attempt at trampling the US Constitution? Apparently the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) seems to think so.
