Martin Wisckol over at Total Buzz reports that Lupe Moreno is dropping out of the race and endorsing Carlos Bustamante: Lupe Moreno called to say she's dropping out of the supervisor's race and will endorse Carlos Bustamante. Her name will remain on the ballot, since that Rubicon's been crossed. Moreno, an ardent anti-illegal immigration activist, was a longshot candidate with virtually no campaign money.
