BIOGRAPHY

Michael Kerr is the Director of Business Development at Red County. He oversees the expansion of the Red County blog network and is also responsible for establishing various strategic relationships. Michael is also responsible for managing the ongoing relationship between contributors and the site.

Michael has an extensive background in sales and marketing. Prior to joining Red County, he spent fifteen years in the real estate industry, specializing as a marketing consultant.

Michael is active in local politics and has worked on a number of local and national political campaigns. He resides with his wife, April in Redondo, Washington.

Forced Confessions in Iran

It is being reported that Iranian authorities are using interrogations, beatings and sleep deprivation to force "confessions" from opposition supporters. Human Rights Watch, an international human rights group, has gathered information on specific accounts of torture including one from a 17-year-old who was forced to sign a blank confession, which officials would manufacture later.
