Basiji Militiaman Describes Brutal "Wedding" Executions

A member of Iran's Basiji militia gave an an unprecedented interview detailing one of the most brutal and disturbing practices of abuse by Iranian officials. Iranian law prohibits the execution of virgins. In order to carry out the executions, prison guards take part in marriage ceremonies with the condemned girls and then rape them on their "wedding night." The women are killed the following day.
