BIOGRAPHY

Allen Wilson is hearing-impaired GOP activist, currently serves as Member of the 60th Assembly District Republican Central Committee (2002 - Present), Delegate to the California Republican Party (2005 - Present), Member, Executive Committee Republican Party of Los Angeles County (2003 - Present) and was involved in various successful local and state legislative campaigns.

Allen graduated from South Hills High School in West Covina, obtained A.A. degree in Liberal Arts from Mt. San Antonio College and earned B.A. degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.

Allen is a California native from the San Gabriel Valley and has been living in Diamond Bar since 1996, who enjoys travel, reading, and company with family and friends.

The Senate Rules Committee has just confirmed the nomination of State Senator Abel Maldonado (R-Santa Maria, District 15) for Lt. Governor by a vote of 4 - 0, Senator Aanestad abstained. The vacancy was caused by Rep. John Garamendi (D-Walnut Creek, District 10) who served as Lt. Governor until his election to Congress last fall. read more »
