For the last 38 weeks, a group of patriots (TEA PARTY FTL) have stood on the corner of Oakland Park Blvd. & US1 every Saturday. Tea Party Petitions For 100% Independent Inspector General for Palm Beach County

In July of 2009, the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) decided to adopt the recommendations of a grand jury convened by State Attorney Michael McAuliffe, to examine county corruption and prescribe reforms.
