Westminster City Council Candidates Line-up

Westminster is losing long-time councilman Kermit Marsh, as he decided to run for Judge.  This will leave a gap on that City Council, and a seat to be won by one of the challengers.  The challengers have lined up now.  According the the Secretary of State's letter drawing the ballot will apparently be in the following order:  1.   The faces of the Westminster City Council are usually familiar to its citizens. For years, Margie Rice has been the Mayor, and even ran unopposed last year. Minutemen Alive and Well...in Westminster
