BIOGRAPHY
I'm a 16 year old, young, Puerto Rican conservative. I've had an interest in politics since the begining of the 08 elections. At first I was a BIG liberal, but after some research, I became a conservative. I was born in San Juan on April 8, 1993. My mother is the president of the Puerto Rican Chammber of Commerence of Polk County FL. I go to Harrison School for the Arts, in Lakeland Florida. My hope is that one day I might become a politican and actually help the American people instead of bowing down to the unionized bureaucracies that run our government today. I believe it's time for REAL change, not more of the same destructive government policies of the left.

Why We Should Lower Corporate Income Taxes
By Alberto Rodriguez | 11/07/09
Let’s say you have 39% of your income taken from you by the government. Would you be able to hire more people? Would you be able to invest more? If you’re taxed more, you will spend less; this is common sense really. America has the second highest corporate income tax rates on earth (up to 39%). What is the problem with a higher tax rate on business? Well, this is simple economics actually.... read more »

Obama Care: Let's NOT Go There
By Alberto Rodriguez | 08/28/09
There’s a lot of debate going on now a days, when it comes to “what’s in the bill?” Now I personally don’t give a crap, for many reasons. Now, the language in the bill is very difficult to read and I have found out that BOTH liberals and conservatives have lied about this bill. But I just want to tackle the basic, common sense, reasons for why this bill can NEVER work for America. So first let’s start off... read more »

Economic Fall 08': Who's To Blame?
By Alberto Rodriguez | 07/27/09
In 2008, the United States of America was shocked at the sudden collapse of several banks, including the famous Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac. Soon after, dozens of major banks were going into bankruptcy and failure. The nation was in panic, as its leaders decided to pass a stimulus in hopes of saving the economy. With the stimulus came a handful of... read more »

A History of Success: Reaganomics
By Alberto Rodriguez | 07/17/09
President Ronald Wilson Reagan is known as the “Great Communicator”, but he is also known for reversing the Carter recession in the 70s. Reagan created 18 million new jobs, lowered inflation from 13% to 4.3%, tripled the GDP, doubled revenues to the government, reduced poverty, and created the longest, peacetime, economic expansion since World War Two. Yet many liberals attack Reagan falsely and continue to lie to the American... read more »

A History of Failure: Government Intervention, A Liberal "Solution"
By Alberto Rodriguez | 07/16/09
Government intervention is a big thing in politics today, and the Obama Administration, along with the Bush Administration, has shown us this with their stimulus packages. Well, in this blog, I’m going to explain how government intervention fails, every time. In my previous blog, I explained how Obama’s stimulus is bound for eventual failure, but I think it’s time I show you the failure of government intervention in... read more »

A Stimulus Filled With False "Hope" and no "Change".
By Alberto Rodriguez | 07/13/09
The so-called Obama stimulus was passed in early 2009. But the question everyone is asking now is “Will it work?” Well let’s ask ourselves “Who and how will we pay for this $1.1 trillion dollar spending bill?” How? Who? Well let’s start off with some common sense reality. With the large amount of debt this stimulus will create,... read more »
