Sunshine Breaks Through in Sacramento

A breaktrhough at last for sunshine in Sacramento. Existing "public information" on bills in the legislature, voting records, etc. have long been byzantine and user unfriendly. Now a successful lawsuit will force leg counsel to make their much better database public.
