College students who were brutalized by Iranian police are telling their story. According to an article in the guardian.co.uk, police broke locks and then "broke bones" as they rampaged through dormitories. Over 100 students were taken away by police and five students were killed.

Iranian officials deny that the events took place, but interviews with students condradict the "official" story.

"We were getting ready to go to sleep when we suddenly heard them breaking the locks to enter our rooms," said one of the 133 students arrested that night. "I'd seen them earlier beating students but I didn't imagine that they would come inside. It's even against Iranian law."

The five students who were killed at the hands of Iranian police were apparently buried without any notice being given to their families.

The latest word from our president on the situation in Iran? Somebody?
