Isn’t it just amazing that after a month of calling this guy corrupt, accusing him of having too many issues to be in charge, he is now the Senate Majority Leader. And maybe even worse is Malcolm Smith as President Pro Tem. So if Paterson ups and croaks we will have Smith as Governor. My god we are really totally screwed in this state. Another is Monseratte, he has his issues accuse dof stabbing his girl with a broken bottle? Another one chastised by the Democrats but when he rejoins them he is a hero.

There was an agreement 24 hours before the gove stepped in it deep up to his neck and appointed a Lt Gov. His announcement threw all that away so immediately the gov threw thing back into turmoil. So this is what we are stuck with.

Worst part yet? Last night they voted on the member items, passed some crucial Bills but refused to vote on the very same structural reforms that got them in trouble to begin with. They want to wait 60 or 90 days before they vote on them, WHY? These reforms were passed by the Republicans and the two Democrats first thing. But I guess because Smith shut off the lights, they refuse to even acknowledge that they were voted on. How sickening.

I posted them the day after all this started. So for the most part structural REFORM was the motivation behind the Republicans move and Golisanos money. So we have no structural reforms and the status quo reigns once again in Albany.

We are going to persue our Lawsuit, they deserve nothing in the form of money for this past month. NOTHING! What a disgrace this dysfunctional legislature is.
