By Dr. Richard Swier | 03/09/09 | 05:38 PM EDT | 0 Comments
On Tuesday, March 20th at 11:00 a.m. EST, Representative Adam Hasner, Florida House of Representives Majority Leader (pictured) will be joining the Florida Security Council and other guest speakers at Waller Park, Tallahasse, FL for an informative presentation regarding the leader of the group United Voices of America.
Background: A Muslim group with ties to terrorism, calling itself United Voices for America will be holding events in Tallahassee, Florida in an attempt to influence legislators. The group is led by Ahmed Bedier, the former Executive Director of CAIR-Tampa and "unofficial spokesman" for Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) leader Sami Al-Arian. CAIR or the Council on American-Islamic Relations was created by operatives from Hamas.
The group was recently named an unindicted co-conspirator by the U.S. Justice Department for a federal trial dealing with the financing of millions of dollars to Hamas, and the FBI refuses to meet with the group. A coalition of anti-terror organizations will be holding a press conference on Tuesday, March 10th, to warn legislators about Ahmed Bedier and United Voices for America. Christian Action Network will be providing copies of their new documentary, Homegrown Jihad, to Florida legislators. It confirms 35 terrorist training camps operating in the United States.
Press conference speakers include:
· Florida Security Council (FSC) Director Tom Trento - Instrumental in the promotion and distribution of 28 million copies of the documentary, Obsession, Radical Islam's War Against the West.

· Christian Action Network (Homegrown Jihad) Martin J. Mawyer - President and Founder of Christian Action Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the traditions of the American family and defending the nation against radical Islam. · Intelligence Analyst Jerry Gordon - Former Army Intelligence officer who served during Vietnam. Published in FrontPageMagazine, The American Thinker, WorldNetDaily, ChronWatch, The New English Review, Istapundit and other. Frequent radio and TV guest discussing Middle East issues.
