I received this letter and will pass it on to all of my family and friends. I believe America has forgotten what happened on 9/11. This painting by Marc Rubin keeps it alive and in the forefront of our minds. I ask that you pass this on to your family and friends. Lest we forget.

Hello,

I am curator to international artist Marc Richard Rubin.

Not long ago, Marc completed his masterwork titled "Atrocity 911" a painting in the tradition of great modern art. As a true history painting, "Atrocity 911" records just the facts of the day, albeit emotionally interpreted. Huge paintings such as "Atrocity 911" are signboards that unite us via an image. Example Picasso's "Guernica".  Marc informed me after completing his iconic depiction of  the Statue of Liberty within "Atrocity 911" that he wanted to use her as a grassroots symbol for 9/11 and to  make it a fundraising tool for 9/11 survivors or for the troops.

The impetus of "Atrocity 911" is an American story of two people, one steps away from Ground Zero and the other, the Artist in Chicago who remained in contact with her via email all day who promised Sharon to make a painting recording what happened on September 11, 2001. You can find the story and explanation of the painting in the artist's words here: http://www.chicagoroomgallerycafe.com/911.ivnu

Seven years after 9/11, Americans still need to wake up and understand the nature of radical Islam.  Certain well known organizations dedicated to the troops, to their discredit, are afraid of the symbolism in the "Atrocity 911"  Political correctness will be America's downfall.  Act For America is an organization dedicated to speaking the truth.

Marc created  at website www.911neveragain with his depiction of Liberty on t-shirts, mugs, buttons, posters, etc in order to raise money for the troops and their families.

We welcome the opportunity to place "Atrocity 911" in public venues and forums to engender discussion and unite us against our common enemy.

Yours truly,
