North County -  A candidate forum for Carlsbad City Council candidates turned heated when a campaign manager for one of the candidates was allowed to ask a pointed question at their opponent.    
     Becky Moore, campaign manager for Keith Blackburn asked a question from the audience about how long the candidates lived in Carlsbad.    That raised the ire of candidate Farrah Douglas who has lived in town the shortest time out of the six competitors.
     Citing conflict of interest, a heated exchange of words erupted after the forum.  Read the whole story at the North County Times:
