Republican nominee has given conservatives what we asked for on the ticket: a conservative reformer. When I woke up and heard the news the morning I frankly didn't know much about Governor Palin... but having read up on her I'm finally excited about November. Her nomination re-welds the pieces of our coalition party together. I'm calling on local Republicans of all stripes to unite for the next two months and put the organization together that we have in the past. We may or may not win California, but let's make sure Obama knows who runs San Diego County!
