I want to introduce myself. I'll admit to being a southbay 'insider' up front. My range is pretty much south San Diego, Chula Vista, National City, and Imperial Beach. There is quite a bit going on down here right now -- particularly in Chula Vista (which Ill cover in depth in my next post), where Mayor Cox and her allies are now in a make or break struggle against a wealthy property owner and an indicted councilman and his allies for control of the Chula Vista City Council.
