Most of our readers are aware now that this blog and the editorial below by Assemblyman Paul Cook were the topic of a rather heated discussion today on the John and Ken show... and that Assemblyman Adams has been the topic of their show for weeks since he voted for the tax increases.

Anyways, the Sacramento Bee covered the "story" about Red County San Bernardino today (thanks for the link, BTW)-- and it looks as though the drama continues for Assemblyman Adams. "It seems as though Adams' political consultants, Johnson Clark & Associates, has an executive who is supporting the recall against him." Specifically, their Chief Financial Officer, David Bauer. "This is obviously very bad news for Adams- when the firm who will be fighting against your recall has an exec who is leading the recall-- wonder how that will work out?" Jim Miller, of the Press Enterprise, first posted about that "interesting news" earlier this afternoon.

Usually I would say that this is a prime example of when to learn from your mistakes. "However, at this point in the game, it may be too late for Adams."

Lastly, as long as we are discussing drama, rumor (keyword: rumor) has it the California Republican Party will be supporting Prop 1A and has already donated money to it.

To be continued...
