Alex, I'll take San Berdoo Politics for $500.  "This candidate for San Bernardino County Board of Education was beaten twice on one election night as a candidate for two different offices."

"Who is...Keith McCarter?"  "Correct," Alex.  "I'll take Swords for $300."

SB County Board of Education, Area C, candidate Keith McCarter has run for office many, many, many, times and even has run for two separate offices in two separate counties, at the same time. 

This Riverside PE story describes the whole affair, complete with investigations, the DA, and Secretary of State.  He ran for both the Fontana City Council and the Riverside Community College District in 2006.  Thankfully, he lost both races.

Is this the kind of person that we want on our County Board of Education?  The voters will no undoubtedly once again hand McCarter yet another loss.  Don't worry, there are all sorts of other offices McCarter can run for down the road.
