The big surprise is that the Chief got 43 votes.
This shows Mayor Morris, Chief Billdt, and the upper echelon of PD management that the "rank and file" officers within SBPD do not agree with them about Billdt's leadership. I guess whoever wrote the press release was dreaming.
Billdt needs to take his sad resume and shoddy leadership skills and slink into retirement.
Maybe this will FINALLY be the catalyst to get the rest of the Council on board to subpoena Billdt and investigate what has been going on.
