Inland Empire Leaders Continue to Push for Prop 6

The City of Fontana has announced its endorsement of Proposition 6-the Safe Neighborhoods Act. Proposition 6 is co-authored by San Bernardino County Supervisor Gary Ovitt and Sen. George Runner, who represents the high desert of San Bernardino County. Proposition 6 has strong support from Inland Empire leaders and communities, including:

San Bernardino County Sheriff Gary Penrod
San Bernardino County Safety Employees' Benefit Association
Senator Bob Dutton
Assemblyman Kevin Jeffries, of Riverside
Riverside County Sheriff Stan Sniff
Riverside County District Attorney Rod Pacheo
Riverside Sheriff Association
Chief of Police Paul Cooper, City of Claremont
Chief of Police Joe Romero, Jr., City of Pomona
Police Chief Stan Stewart, City of Chino
Chief of Police Mark Wright, City of Murrieta
Chief of Police Rodney Jones, City of Fontana
