She did file on April 14, seven days before you wrote this, as can be found on the ROV's website, but then you have never been interested in the truth, have you?

A name search under last of Vogler reveals no filing. However, searching under all filings there is one under last name of "Volger".....Imagine that.
Do you think she printed her signs with the incorrect spelling????

There are actually two filings. I have to admit I did not see the misspelling until you pointed it out, which is why I didn't understand why you and the Daily Press couldn't find the filings yourselves. I searched by the date Al said they filed, not by her name. Don't you think the mistake is the ROV's and not Rita's? I doubt she misspelled her own name. And why wouldn't you guys check with the ROV before making the accusations? I mean FPPC and PIU complaints are a little overkill and seem like desperation on your part. In comparison to what appears to be real "money laundering" by Young Homes in their contributions to Mitzelfelt's campaign, a late filing is rather innocuous. BTW, you're welcome for all the free publicity I've give your blog! :)
