This came over the transom earlier today from the Larry Dick for Assembly campaign:Dear Friend,
In less than two months, the June Primary will take place. This election is extremely important. We want to ensure we have strong representation in Sacramento from Orange County. Therefore, unanimously we have endorsed a Republican candidate for the Sixtieth Assembly District, Larry Dick.
Having served in elected office for more than 10 years, Larry has established a proven conservative record; fought to reduce needless government bureaucracy and will bring a level of experience and maturity to the State Assembly that we know you will appreciate. As a Director at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Larry has worked to improve our water supply and at the same time helped to secure better infrastructure for California's future.
In addition to our strong support, Larry has earned endorsements from Congressman Ed Royce, Senator Dick Ackerman, Senator Tom Harman, Assemblywoman Mimi Walters, Assemblymen Mike Duvall, Jim Silva, Todd Spitzer and Van Tran, former Senator Marian Bergeson, former Assemblywoman Lynn Daucher, plus others who share Larry's vision of limited government.
Orange County has a tradition of electing conservative leaders committed to lower taxes, and smaller, more efficient government. It's clear, Larry is the right person to serve the Sixtieth Assembly District, which is dominated by Orange County voters who make up 55% of the electorate that will vote this June. Fortunately, that tradition is set to continue with the election of Larry Dick.
Please join us in supporting Larry!
Sincerely,
Hon. John M.W. Moorlach, Board Chair
Hon. Patricia C. Bates, Vice Chair
Hon. Janet Nguyen
Hon. Bill Campbell
Hon. Chris Norby*
