I just finished drinking my daily cup of Green Mountain Organic Fair Trade Coffee, and thought I'd sit down and do the news round-up:
Two San Bernardino city officials have challenged claims by Mayor Pat Morris that the city is safer now than it has been in more than two decades.
City Councilman John Roberts recently filed papers with the county Registrar of Voters to campaign in the 43rd Congressional District's Republican primary election on June 3.
Sun reporter George Watson gives Assistant Assessor Adam Aleman the bird.
The city's downtown core could draw more visitors and attract popular businesses if streets and building facades were improved, more housing and parking were built, and if the area was geared towards pedestrians.
The City of Victorville is taking a stance against the closing of its juvenile court, and is asking other High Desert cities to join them.
The Nisqualli interchange over the I-15 is again on hold after the county transportation authority withdrew $30 million in promised funding.
Don't tase me, bro!
