Commission OKs purchase of open space - Redlands Daily Facts
The commission unanimously voted 6-0 (Commissioner Eric Shamp was absent) that using the nearly 90-acre Louis Cardinal Property located in San Timoteo Canyon along the San Timoteo Creek for open space was consistent with the general plan. A federal grant is being used to purchase the property and it will be maintained as a habitat.
