Council approves loan to developer - San Bernardino Sun
The City Council approved a loan of $75,000 in redevelopment funds toward construction of two new low-cost housing apartments and a learning center at Tuesday evening's meeting.
Supervisor against plan to bring power lines to area - SB Sun
The county Board of Supervisors will meet Dec. 4 to vote on a resolution opposing a potential plan by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to install transmission lines through undeveloped areas of the Morongo Valley and surrounding desert.
City still waiting for Majestic Hills plan - Victor Valley Daily Press
The specific plan for a 4,200-home community in Summit Valley still has not been submitted to the city, several months after the company behind the project estimated it would be drawn up in July.
