The SB Insider just spoke with a County elections official in regard to the timing of the next release of results.

According to this official, the next release will not occur until as late as 1AM, and it is unlikely there will be an update before midnight.

ROV staff are still completing training of those involved in the inspecting and counting of the paper ballots. The official I've spoken with estimates at least two hours before any paper ballots are counted.

Red County San Bernardino will stay on top of updates from the Registrar of Voters and will release information as it is made available.
