2008 Presidential Campaign Watch: Rudy Giuliani Up With New Background Ad

Rudy Giuliani presidential campaogn has just released a spot that will begin airing in television markets in Iowa and New Hampshire. The 60-second ad is a background ad that details Giuliani's success in turning around New York City from a cesspool of crime and budget deficits.
