The crowd at Camp Penman has dwindled from 100 to about 25 now. After Jim Penman announced the delay in returns reports from the ROV, the crowd of mostly older residents began to head for the exits.

Jim Penman is standing vigil at the door shaking the hands of his supporters and personally thanking them for their support.

Among those still remaining at Penman's wrap party include San Bernardino City councilmembers Neil Derry, Wendy McCammack and Tobin Brinker, local AFL-CIO head Laurie Stalnaker, and Judi Penman.

The crowd is in good spirits, laughing and awaiting the results with the rest of us.
