2008 Presidential Campaign Watch: Romney Reports $18 Million Raised In Q3

Just received over the transom is a press release from the Mitt Romney for President Campaign in which the one-term Massachusetts governor announced he has raised $18 million for his White House bid during the campaign finance reporting period from July 1, 2007 to September 30, 2007.
$8.5 million of that $18 figure is in the form of a personal loan from the candidate directly.
Here are the figures as revealed in the Romney for President release:
Amount expected to report in Primary contributions in the Third Quarter: $10 million.
In the Third Quarter, Governor Romney loaned $8.5 million to Romney for President.
Total amount raised in primary contributions for the year: $45 million.
Total amount of revenue for the year: $62 million.
Cash-on-hand: $9 million
Total number of donors so far this year: More than 100,000 (23,000 in the Third Quarter)
Romney's campaign notes that the Republican candidate has received contributions received from every state in the nation, plus the District of Columbia.
