A Replacement for Barb Stanton

Much has been written on Barb Stanton, and her dismissal from Talk 960. But, nothing yet has been written of her replacement, Jerry Doyle. Jerry is a friend of mine (and a former boss), a good man, and full of integrity, value, and smart insights. The people of SBCounty are lucky to have him on during their afternoon's and I fell assured that his show will be a welcome addition to the afternoons at Talk 960.

I am incredibly thankful to the hundreds if not thousand of people that expressed concerns and disgust over Barb Stanton. I would also like to applaud Clear Channel for doing the right thing.
As a member of the community that at one point was subject to Barbs tirads and negative onslaughts; I believe our community is a safer and healthier place!
Her comments on air in regard to DCB and Asain Americans were particularly disturbing and unsettling. It saddens my heart deeply that anyone associated with such a powerful vehicle as Radio would proliferate such intolerance and propaganda. People who engage in this type of activity at any level are true “ Menaces of Society”
She must have been feeling unbelievably insecure, inadequate, and down right evil to spew such venom, and demagoguery in our wonderfully tolerant High Desert Community. She is truly a dangerous individual amongst us. I am excited that she was held totally responsible for her actions.
The tyrannical figures through out the history of the world, Saddam Hussein, A. Hitler, Idi Amin Da Da eventually received their “Just Desserts”. We welcome Jerry Doyle!
