A Tribute to President Reagan

While it isn't occuring right in SB County, the news is too noteworthy to ignore. In a tribute to the late President Reagan, the first ever debate at a Presidential Library will occur on May 3rd at President Reagan's Library in Simi Valley. For those of you who have not visited, it is quite a tribute to such a great man.

Thus far, the following candidates are coming to the debate:

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Sen. John McCain of Arizona, Sen. Sam Brownback of Kansas, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, California Rep. Duncan Hunter, former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, Rep. Ron Paul of Texas and Tommy Thompson, former Wisconsin governor and secretary of Health and Human Services under President George W. Bush.

I think it will be  interesting to see if anyone comes out  of the debate  with  a new life  in their California campaigns, or if Rudy will  continue to stay  ahead  in the GOP nomination.
