Now - there is a stark difference between Roger Niello and Arnold.
The State is in a fiscal fire and Arnold's State of the State speech was like bringing Marshmallows. Niello on the other hand offers therapy and the 12 steps to recovery to the heroin addicts in the state legislature.

Hmmm. I wonder if Roger is going to get dinged on any scorecards for trying to fix the fiscal mess - it is one thing to vote no and it is yet another thing to work on a solution.
