The newspaper's editorial board highlighted Benoit's accomplishments in the State Assembly as reason to continue "building rapport across the aisle" in the State Senate:
"Early in his legislative career, he helped cut $8 billion in taxes from the state budget. The cut reduced the budget impact to cities from $800 million to $137 million. That type of leadership will be needed as the state continues to eye local coffers for ways to balance statewide deficits. Thus far, Benoit has co-authored legislation to increase the homeowners' property tax exemption for senior citizens, worked to add judges, require day-care centers to disclose past safety violations, and he pushed for state legislation to force the federal government to reimburse
"It truly means a tremendous amount to have this respected publication weigh in on this race and endorse my candidacy," commented Assemblyman Benoit. "I look forward to continuing a strong record of accomplishment by serving

Senior Homicide Victim family request help to have this case investigated. Attorney's say victims cannot afford a attorney even though they have a case. Where is there justice for seniors. Even the DA office of Rod Pacheco said that they did not have a elders advocate to this family 68 years old and 72. Later family read Rod Pacheco got award for that department. Family wants justice done.
Blocked in every way for any type of investigation. I looked up the names of the officers and Brian Floyd who Phil Reddish states in the audio helped him, and told him how and what to say for mutual combat. They called a mutual combat with a 68 year old man who never has fought, and a 27 year old who is trained in judo (Norco High judo teacher Phil Reddish), and a base ball pitcher Ty Reddish. Even the pathologist last name comes up in sports with Pacheco family name, along with Sheri Reddish. If you go to the title report for Sheri Reddish on Twin Pines Road, Banning CA 92220 you will see a forged signature to trustee Diana Dimaggio. It does not look like it matches John Husbeths signature. That house was owned by a man who was 95 John Huspeth (Red) who Lee Frank knew since she was 16 years old. Red was blind and had a lady help GG the grocery girl who is Sheri Reddish got the house instead of Reds daughter. Its aledged that she was told she could have ten thousand dollars or nothing if she fought the transfer. Not having money to fight someone with a friend who is a ex-prosecutor she had no choice. Lee had told family that Red had called her and asked her to take him to a attorney within the last two weeks he was alive. He told her he was being told to sign papers and he was blind and did not know what he was signing. I noticed Diana Dimaggio is a attorney in Riverside County across from Rod Pacheco's office, she gets referrals for elders from the county. Her husband we were told was at the Reddish home in the evenings when Ty Reddish was let out of jail. http://nyefrank.typepad.com
