Riverside County GOP Makes Judge and Menifee City Council Endorsements

These endorsements for Riverside County Judge and Menifee City Council came over the transom this week from the Riverside County Republican Party for the June 3rd election:
John Molloy- Judge
Menifee City Council:
John Denver
Darcy Kuenzi
Ken Gaunt
Scott Mann
Dorothy Wolons
I had posted previously about the race for Menifee City Council and my support for John Denver, Darcy Kuenzi and Dina Biedermann. Biedermann has been an active member of the Riverside YR's, but for soem reason did not get the Central Committee endorsement.
Also Riverside County Republican Party Vice-President Ken Minesinger posted (here and here) about the merits of Deputy District Attorney John Molloy and the fact that Robert G. Spitzer, whose bid was turned down for review of his dismissal from the Riverside County Superior Court, has submitted a letter to county vote officials asking for his name to be removed from the June 3 ballot.

Dave,
If this is your best choice for Menifee, you either don't live in Menifee, or you are choosing Partisanship over common sense. I've been Republican ever since I started working and having to pay taxes. Please expand on your recommendations. Are these the candidates that will be the first to give up on Menifee to follow their own political aspirations?
I've been following the candidates for a while now, and can't follow how you've come up with this slate.
Please enlighten us.
I am all about Dina getting in office. We need some young blood in there. And the way she has been working on her campaign is the way she will work in office - steady and unrelenting.
The YR's need to support their own or be relegated to inconsequential.
According to the slate mailer card that I received in the mail, these are the five who have been officially endorsed by the Republican Party of Riverside County. The card came from the Riverside GOP. Call the Riverside GOP yourself at 951-684-3555 to verify.
If the readers of this site believe in Dina's candidacy then by all means stand up and support her. However, I, as a Republican myself, have a hard time reconciling her claim as a 'Young Republican' while simultaneously touting her role as a Union Steward at Costco. They don't mesh. Even the great Ronaldus Magnus gave up his role in the Screen Actors Guild.
Lastly, Mieke's question 'Are these the candidates that will be the first to give up on Menifee to follow their own political aspirations?' is an irresponsible comment for someone who presumably runs a quality website at www.menifeelive.com. By your own admission Mieke, I thought you said you were a Republican?
menifee republican, you'll need to decide for yourself about the quality of our website, or were you questioning if I ran a website, or should I question your definition of quality.
I didn't put my brain on hold when I became a Republican. I'm a Republican because the men and women who often best represent my interests and concerns are usually Republican. Men like Tom McClintock or even mavericks like John McCain. I can't say that our present Governor is and he's a Republican. Hmmm what should I do?
You and I don't seem to have much in common, how can that be?
There's nothing irresponsible about understanding or questioning a candidates motives, agenda and even endorsements. Political aspirations alone aren't a deal breaker, but a city council position in a fledgling and diverse and large a community as Menifee Valley is, will require a whole lot of dedication. Voters in Menifee are about to empower a group of people to help set the foundation for the future success of their community. They need to know as much as possible about each candidate and their committment to the community and long term success of Menifee.
