And if almost getting thrown out of committee wasn't bad enough for Congressman Issa, New York Magazine ran his photo in a story about Rep. Vito Fossella. The two kind of look alike. Fossella is the guy who got charged for DUI and having a 3-year-old daughter with a woman who is not his wife.
That is not someone you want to be confused with. Tough week Darrell.

Inland Rep. Darrell Issa locked horns with fellow California Rep. Henry Waxman and nearly got ejected from Tuesday's Oversight and Government Reform Committee Hearing on the Environmental Protection Agency's new Ozone Standards.
Demanding equal time to question EPA Administrator Stephen Johnson, Issa asked Waxman, the committee's chairman, to follow the regular order of alternating between Republican and Democratic members on the panel.
When Issa persisted, Waxman, D-Los Angeles, told Issa he was speaking out of order. Issa continued his demands, prompting an infuriated Waxman to pound his gavel several times.
"I will have you physically removed from this meeting if you don't stop," he snarled at Issa, R-Vista.
Check out this video of the heated exchange.
And here is the Fossella photo mix up story:
Issa unphased by photo mix-up

For years, Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Vista, has been confused with fellow Republican House member Rep. Vito Fossella of New York. Both are tall and slender, with dark hair swept carefully to the side and a prominent chin.
But only one of them got charged for drinking and driving in recent weeks before admitting to having a 3-year-old daughter with a woman who is not his wife. And despite the photo that ran this week in New York Magazine, it wasn't Issa.
A photo of Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Vista, shown mistakenly ran alongside an article about embattled Rep. Vito Fossella, R-NY. In a story about Fossella's downward spiral, the magazine mistakenly ran a photo of Issa, which had been photoshopped to include a scarlet letter "A" around his neck.
Issa spokesman Frederick Hill said he immediately called the publication upon discovering the blunder. The photo was quickly removed from the website, he said.
The magazine issued no apology, nor did Hill ask for one, he said, describing the mix-up as "a blip on the radar."
He said Issa and Fossella have been mistaken for one another regularly. Often times, Hill said, visitors from California report Issa sightings in places around Washington, when Issa couldn't possibly have been there. Staffers usually just assume it was Fossello, he said.
When Hill informed Issa of the most recent mix-up, Issa first asked whether it was real, perhaps thinking the photo was a gag or a hoax. When told it was, the congressman just shook his head incredulously and went on with his day, Hill said.
