Conservative Republican voters looking for factual information about the real Brian Nestande need look no further than No Nestande!

This is a very informative website that so far has posted the records that show Brian Nestande was contributing money to Democrats like Dianne Feinstein and Merv Dymally.

The site also includes Nestande's lackluster attendance to the commissions which he was appointed.  Nestande missed 25% of the meetings of the Off-Highway Vehicle Commission, and 45% of the meetings of the Sheriff's Commission on Recruiting, Retention, and Diversity.

Don't know if anyone can blame him for missing the Sheriff's Commission meetings as many believe that group was put in place to create a back-door Affirmative Action program to get around the restrictions on discriminatory hiring practices banned by Prop 209.

So far there's nothing on the site about Brian Nestande's failure to pay federal income taxes, but it's probably safe to assume those documents will probably be added soon.

When you look at these facts, it becomes quite obvious why Gray Davis Republican John Benoit says "Brian is uniquely qualified to serve the people of the 64th District."

From Brian Nestande's record, Benoit can see without a doubt that Brian will sell out his constituents and go along with the liberals in Sacramento, just like John did in 2003 when he helped Gray Davis pass his last liberal budget that tripled the car tax and stole over $1 billion from transportation projects to pay for welfare increases in 2003.
