Another Fee Increase?

The county supervisors delayed a public hearing regarding fee increases to home builders on new construction until August 28th.

I'm not sure who proposed this, who is supporting & against it, but I can't think of a worse time to raise fee's on new construction.  The results may be catastrophic for the local economy if you start raising fee's during a tumbling housing market.

I've been in the Real Estate  business (Title insurance to be specific) for 12 years, and this just doesn't make sense.
