Activity in the 64th

Yesterday I attended an event at Leivas Outdoor Lighting Specialties, where Angel Sanchez signed a pledge to protect the taxpayers of the 64th assembly district.  Angel is endorsed by the Inland Empire Taxpayers Association and the Corona Taxpayers Association.

On the flip side, Rose Girard wooed potential supporters at last nights Central Committee meeting, where her opponent keeps close ties.  Rose is endorsed by termed out Assemblyman John Benoit.

Can you give us some background on the Inland Empire Taxpayers Association (who runs it, how many members, etc.)? What has the Association done in recent years (outside of taking positions in campaigns)? Do they have a web site? If so, what is it? Thanks.
