The Wall Street Journal's article, Feds Mull Rules, Fees to Spur Net Access, states that The Federal Communications Commission is laying out their case for expanding broadband Internet service.  While facing criticism, the article expands the FCC's reclaiming airwaves from TV station owners.  This takeover is scary.

The article appeared in The Wall Street Journal on November 11th, 2009.
