Remember Bill Martin? He was elected to Sierra College Board in 2006 on a platform of avenging Kevin Ramirez.

Now, he has a 4-3 majority on the Sierra College Board. He has been public in his hatred of the now three member minority.

He has talked about a $500 Million Bond for the College - caring nothing about the plight of people in the economy... Fortunately for us, it will take one of the three board members he hates to provide the 5th vote to put that on the ballot.

He has also talked about deficit spending - as recently as his rantings in his state of the college report. He does have the votes to carry that out - in fact, before the now former 4-3 majority existed, that is exactly what the college did.

It will be very interesting to see how the Auburn Journal tries to make everything Aaron Klein's fault - like the national media will give Obama a pass for the economy he is supposed to be in charge of fixing (blaming it all on Bush)...
