Last night's Central Committee meeting yielded the following resolution against the special session Arnold has called in the legislature:

"Placer County Republicans Strongly Oppose Governor Schwarzenegger's proposed tax increases and strongly urge our Republican state legislators to oppose all tax increases."

Again - the exit polls showed that Republicans are sick and tired of the Republican leadership raising taxes and spending like drunken sailors. (If you think Obama is going to be any different, you're smoking something)

This resolution is to show Placer Republicans that the Central Committee is the Republican Wing of the Republican party. People want leadership - the Placer GOP committee obliges.
