The First Lie of the Campaign by team Brown - Walk Pieces are Absurd
By Sgt. York | 07/27/08 | 06:05 PM EDT | 0 Comments
Obviously, Brown's people have seen national polls blaming Republicans for High Gas Prices or he thinks the voters of the 4th CD are stupid.
In either event, Colonel Klink's college students were out walking my brother's neighborhood in East Roseville and they left the attached mailer.
Can you spot the bald-faced lie?
Both Jeff Flint and myself picked up on Charlie Brown's Energy plan as being a fraud. Calitics pegged Brown's energy plan as being the same as that of Nancy Pelosi.
Jeff Flint, a few days prior railed on the Brown energy plan release as well. What's next? Jennifer Montgomery backing development???
I'll leave with Flint's best line from his post - "The rest of the plan and accompanying press release, is really just a series of poll tested slogans. And if you take the time to read it, the verbal gymnastics are painful."
What's really painful is that the gutter tactics have started by the Brown campaign.
Update - I sent a letter to the editor. Let's see if it runs in the local papers.
