Take a look at this letter sent from Martin Nichols to Sue Horne after he received a "Sue Horne for Assembly" campaign mail piece.

Dear Ms. Horne:
I have decided to vote against you and urge other to do like wise based on your "hit piece" on Dan Logue and his tree.
What about the issues (State budget for example). What about your qualifications for the job?
This type of campaign mailer hurts our democracy and is huge discredit to you, You obviously did not want to be associated with this material because it took a magnifying glass to find your name on it (only because it is required by State law).
